Sr. Manager, PreSale Execution (Advertising Business Operations, Commercial Infrastructure and Tooling)

The core Advertising team is charged with building a new, best-in-class ads organization to establish Netflix as the premiere platform for advertiser partners, and to drive advertising revenue.

In this role, you will:
• Drive as the key Business Ops stakeholder leading the implementation program for Netflix's advertising order management system (OMS) across core ads team including Product, Engineering, GTM Planning, Finance, and Sales & Operations
• Lead a team of individual contributors chartered to assess and map ads business requirements to product management team's technical requirements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the implemented system and best practices
• Responsible for ideating and implementing operational enhancement solutions for the advertising sales process and technology within the OMS and adjacent platforms
• Lead OMS intake and prioritization process for sales and operations teams necessary to dictate roadmap for vendor and internal core ads stakeholders
• Lead change management process and communication strategies for user adoption across pre & post-sale functions

About you:
• 10+ years experience in advertising and/or advertising-related fields
• Self-starter with expertise in managing teams and individual contributors responsible for large-scale and complex enterprise-wide programs
• Collaborates cross-functionally effectively and embraces differing perspectives and experiences to make better decisions
• Deep knowledge of the advertising landscape, across media channels, direct, and automated methods of buying, and end-to-end enterprise platforms
• Ability to dive deep as well as understand the big picture
• Demonstrated track record of innovating, challenging assumptions, and implementing better approaches.
• Admin experience in CRM, OMS, ERP, and ad servers is a plus
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000-$700,000.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $200,000 to $700,000 Per Year ($ USD)
