The Personalization Core Systems team focuses on building high leverage systems and infrastructure to drive scalable innovation in the personalization space. Our team is responsible for developing the foundations & core infrastructure required to create & serve personalized experiences for Netflix members on all devices, globally. Some of those building blocks include a page framework to develop personalized pages like Homepage & Search, library of high leverage page components, real time compute infrastructure & developer productivity tools.

Given that this is a central focus for our business, you will play a highly cross-functional role partnering with other engineers, product management, machine learning, and data teams to take Netflix's personalization to the next level and expand it to games discovery.

• You are experienced working with the public cloud like AWS, Azure or GCP.
• You have excellent communication skills
