We are looking for a Senior Technology Auditor to lead SOX compliance efforts for Netflix. This position is based in Los Gatos, California.

Responsibilities:
• Lead all phases of the IT SOX program in a complex and evolving environment. This includes performing walkthroughs, testing, detailed reviews (ITGCs, Application controls, IPE testing, SOC review, etc), and communicating results to stakeholders.
• Effectively audit home-grown systems, with experiences in providing control assurance through code review. In most cases, this will include designing and executing procedures to audit 1st-party systems.
• Partner with relevant engineering process owners and teams to stay up-to-date on changes and provide guidance on controls by performing SOX readiness procedures across a variety of 1st-party systems.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders to build trust and credibility.
• Identify improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency and impact of audit procedures.
• Collaborate with external auditors on an ongoing basis to ensure continued alignment and timely completion of agreed-upon milestones.
• Leverage data analytics, GenAI, and automation in all phases of audit and advisory reviews.
• Support internal initiatives (tools, training, methodology, and automation) to build and improve the Technology audit function
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's (is a plus) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in technology audit. A combination of consulting (Big 4 or related) and industry internal audit experience is preferred.
• Exceptional project management skills. Ability to work with a high-performing team, managing a variety of deliverables simultaneously to successful completion.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), sound judgment in analyzing problems, with proficiency in assessing risk and evaluating internal controls.
• Proactive, self-starter, attention to detail, proven ability to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work products.
• Open to receiving and providing constructive feedback, and focused on continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into measurable actions.
• Strong grasp of basic technology concepts (infrastructure, applications, etc) and experience auditing 1-party systems is required.
• Proficient in using computer software (e.g., SQL, Tableau and cloud ERP systems (e.g. Workday).
• Familiarity with using audit systems (e.g., Auditboard) to manage end-to-end SOX programs
• Strong critical thinking mentality, strong analytical and problem-solving
• Able to work closely with people at all levels of the organization and facilitate discussions with management regarding audit findings and implementation of corrective actions
• Understanding of commonly used internal control frameworks including COBIT, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, etc
• CISA, CIA, and Big 4 consulting experience is a plus
• Embrace and advocate the Netflix culture
Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000.00 - $315,000.00.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $210,000 to $315,000 Per Year ($ USD)
