Technical Solutions Manager
Los Angeles, CA
The User-Focused Security Engineering team is building tools to enable our workforce to operate securely and independently. We're challenging the traditional security model by providing security insights and guidance to our users at key moments rather than enforcing blanket policies. Our tools give people relevant security context, so they can make decisions quickly and autonomously without introducing unintended risks. We're a highly collaborative and centralized team; the more we work with our users and understand them, the better we can tailor experiences and improve security outcomes.
We are looking for a software engineer that can help us build tools that enable our employees to make the best security choices. Our ideal new team member has expertise in back-end software development and some security and front-end development experience. They are excited about solving complex and ambiguous problems.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
• Experience working with Node.js.
• The ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Experience designing and maintaining data stores.
• Experience designing and implementing APIs.
• Empathy for end users.
• Familiarity with Secure Software development best practices.
