Job Description
Emerging Creative specializes in interaction, animation, cinematic UX, and engaging content-forward interfaces. Our goal is performant, intuitive & delightful user experiences that immerse users in an effortless flow, effectively convey information, and foster meaningful connections between Netflix, members (and soon-to-be members), and B2B partners around the globe.

As strategic creative partners, we work with a range of Product teams to create, build, and implement UX concepts using motion, sound, video & visual design.

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team! As ECXD Designer you will be responsible for UX/UI strategy with a focus on user interface design and brand expression across our full suite of consumer products including web, mobile, and TV. Working horizontally and collaboratively across a range of member and nonmember surfaces to envision and build product experiences that advance business goals, and the aesthetics and usability of the Netflix Product Excperience.

Deliverables include UX concepts for testing and future-forward ideas communicated through a variety of artifacts like qual stimuli, wireframes, mockups, videos, high-fidelity prototypes, novel promotional asset concepts, and compelling business storytelling.

Responsible For
• Establishing and leading UX visual design of the team's portfolio.
• Acting as informed captain on complex multi-disciplinary projects, leading creative development and aligning multiple disciplines to project goals and creative direction.
• Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to interpret goals into creative strategies for the team.
• Creating, iterating on, and supporting the testing of new UX designs.
• Translating business requirements to functional and engaging user interfaces.
• Based on feasibility requirements, ensuring an appropriate level of effort and complexity in the work. Incorporating user & market research into design and articulating strategy behind proposed solutions.
• Collaborating with XFN partners including UX designers, dev teams, researchers, writers, product managers, and other product partners.
• Continuously establishing and optimizing new partnerships and workflows.
• Collaborating with Design Systems to understand, apply, and evolve Netflix's Brand Language to our product experience, responsibly applying and evolving established design
• Staying updated on the latest industry trends and techniques, and sharing knowledge with the team as a specialist in visual design.

Must Have
• Ability to cultivate and craft beautiful, visionary product UX concepts grounded in user needs.
• Attention to detail and a passion for upholding an exceptional quality bar.
• Strong cross-discipline partnership and collaboration skills, with the ability to see the big picture strategically, bring pieces together, and drive clarity through ambiguity.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including video, audio, and motion graphics on a variety of creative artifacts.
• Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to articulate design decisions and high-level strategy clearly with an informed perspective.
• Proactive and self-starting, able to uncover (and propose ideas to solve) challenges and opportunities independently.
• Ability to participate in and influence driving impactful design solutions through all phases of a product development lifecycle.

Pay Transparency
• Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $200,000-$700,000.

Salary Details
Salary Range: $200,000 to $700,000 Per Year ($ USD)
