About our Enterprise Teams

Enterprise teams design the B2B tools that our business needs to thrive and enable the member experience. Our teams work with internal stakeholders, external developers and partners integrating with Netflix platforms, and content creators helping to produce the next big hit. As a content designer in the enterprise space, you'll join a team of stunning designers dedicated to supporting our diverse user base. These teams are at the heart of Netflix's journey to develop the world's most modern, creative and innovative streaming experience.

About the Role

This role will focus on our partnership enablement tools, helping partners integrate with Netflix. This is a unique role at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and business. As an enterprise content designer, you'll help set and elevate the Content Design vision and strategy, codify terminology, define copy style and patterns, and craft UI copy for a diverse audience. You'll also create best practices and guidelines that scale.

The ideal candidate will have experience in content design/content strategy, UX writing, and technical writing, with the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. They'll be self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and have a steadfast attention to detail. They'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ingest and synthesize complex technical information. They'll also be able to prioritize their work, communicate effectively, and represent their work to key stakeholders.

About You
• You're a storyteller at heart who can craft and orchestrate cohesive narratives across touchpoints, both in the product and in training and business settings.
• You're a systems thinker who's familiar with the development of information architecture, language frameworks, and design systems.
• You're comfortable working with technical partners to ingest and synthesize highly complex information, turning technical jargon into user-friendly content that is consistent and legible for the various B2B audiences (e.g. producers, legal, game developers, sales executives, etc.)
• You're a product thinker who's comfortable with innovating and finding creative solutions.
• You're able to drive alignment and prioritization, while partnering with cross-functional peers across design, engineering and product, to define a strong UX for a specific audience.
• You possess a keen sense of empathy for B2B audiences and a deep desire to mine opportunities in the space.
• You communicate productively with visual thinkers and are comfortable advocating for your point of view in a candid, feedback-driven culture.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of relevant writing experience: UX writing, content design, technical writing, taxonomy, and information architecture.
• Demonstrated experience synthesizing business requirements and technical logic into UI content for enterprise tooling and applications.
• Mastery of AP style and the confidence to know when to break the rules.
• Ability to think critically about user journeys and content flows, and to connect the dots between them.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and traverse altitudes from strategic visioning to tactical execution.
• Highly collaborative, organized and self-directed, able to effectively prioritize and respond accordingly to the shifting needs of the team.
