As a global company, Netflix's customers come from diverse backgrounds. And each of these backgrounds allow them to experience joy from Netflix in their own unique way. Ultimately, this joy is rooted in our customers' ability to trust Netflix. At Netflix, we earn this trust through our actions every day. And we work hard to continue to build this trust with our customers throughout the world.
The Trust Services and Enforcement team is a subteam within our broader Trust & Safety organization. It is a central security team that sets a broad strategic vision in the trust and safety space focused on various types of fraud and abuse. We execute on that vision through both technical work on the team and cross-functional partnerships, addressing problems related to account takeover, service abuse, customer targeted scams, DDoS, content theft, and more.

In collaboration with other team members, you will be responsible for designing and developing new features in services to enhance our DDoS posture, improve infrastructure resiliency and ensure we are protected against large scale attacks. You will work cross functionally across various organizations to integrate DDoS protections across our infrastructure with the goal of reducing impact to the company and our customers. You will work with other engineers to identify and drive improvements that make a meaningful difference in our anti DDoS effectiveness.

• Passionate about protecting our customers.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.
• Ability to define and execute short and long term technical goals.
• Experience with distributed systems and building services at scale.
• Experience with network security, infrastructure and DDoS concepts.
• Experience with designing and deploying security products in the critical path of a consumer facing product is preferred.
