Program Manager, Partner Operations

Our Project Management team within Product & Partner Operations aims to drive value for the business by onboarding, executing, and optimizing operational workflows for Operations and beyond.

We're looking for an exceptional Program Manager to partner with internal and external teams and guide Netflix workflows from ideation to execution.

The ideal candidate has a passion for understanding and improving business operations across diverse workstreams. They are highly curious, detail-oriented, technically knowledgeable across asset types/systems. They are a strong communicator who responds well in a fast-paced environment. This position is highly cross-functional and the ideal candidate will have experience partnering across multiple disciplines such as (but not limited to) Product Engineering, Localization, Operations, and Marketing.

Roles Requirements
• Senior-level project and program management experience either in Logistics, Entertainment, Marketing, or Digital Production.
• Data-informed approach to problem-solving and analysis with experience pulling and visualizing applicable datasets from complex underlying data structures
• A deep-rooted passion for process excellence and operating at scale
• Vendor management experience, with a proven ability to set expectations and hold vendors accountable to KPIs
• Demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot advanced technical issues across internal/external toolsets
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to distill necessary information to cross-functional partners and drive adoption of new workflows
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and willingness to pivot as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

In this role, you will:
• Identify and execute on opportunities to improve workflow improvement, quality and production pipelines
• Partner with external vendors to develop and manage key Product & Partner workstreams effectively and efficiently
• Identify technical and workflow issues and drive opportunities for enhancements with relevant stakeholders
• Identify and drive cost-savings initiatives
• Develop methodology to continuously evolve new, scalable solutions and operational workflows
