Job Description

At Netflix, we are building the world's largest and most innovative Studio. We strive to be the most engaging entertainment platform and entertainment marketer in the world. In support of that, we are building innovative technology to scale how we acquire users and contribute to Netflix' efforts to build intelligence and automation into acquisition marketing. We are evolving and creating internal creative, bidding, and targeting products & to improve the efficiency of programmatic acquisition marketing.

We are seeking an experienced product manager to join and lead the complex and cross-functional effort of re-imagining how we find and convert users to Netflix subscribers. This role operates very much like a General Manager of our ads business - you'll regularly wear both a business and a technology hat - you'll be responsible not only for building solutions but also for influencing our overall user acquisition strategy. Our goal is to improve the efficiency of programmatic acquisition marketing and promoting our titles. Solving this problem end-to-end will require very close collaboration with senior business leaders, imagining and developing software, and partnering with programmatic platforms.

As a Product Manager, you will be expected to design and prioritize projects based on your expertise and understanding of the programmatic landscape. You will own your products and be willing to take bold risks rather than settling for incremental improvement, you will be accountable for building an influential partnership with key stakeholders internally.

You should be comfortable at the hub of a fast-paced environment where you interface daily with world-class talent from teams including global marketing and product, engineering, data science, legal, and finance. You can build consensus and alignment but are not afraid to push ahead when there remain some critics.

We embrace our high-performance culture so we're looking for a history of outstanding accomplishment and a willingness to lead in the face of ambiguity. If you like to think big, move fast and build cutting edge solutions with outstanding colleagues, we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a product manager driving significant cross-organizational solutions to closure.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Tenacity and ample product leadership experience enabling you to lead and organize complex, multi-quarter projects.
• The insatiable curiosity which compels you to keep up with industry trends, leading to deep and expanding domain expertise.
• Ability to balance short-term goals and long-term vision.
• Ability to drive and influence business decisions based on data and metrics.
