We're looking for a creative self-starter with strong communications and project management skills to help shape the stories we tell - and how we tell them via Netflix's English language LinkedIn presence.

We are seeking a highly driven, incredibly conscientious person who has experience setting and executing a brand social strategy. This job will require you to juggle many different kinds of short- and long-term projects. Above all, you must be a connector of ideas and someone who has the passion, energy, and creative ambition to tell the story of Netflix.

Key Responsibilities: High-Level Strategy & Creative
• Lead, shape, and implement the channel strategy for Netflix US on LinkedIn (Candidate will determine the best use of We Are Netflix channels) (Candidate will oversee the programming of the social presence for two Netflix executives).
• Partner closely with key stakeholders across the company, including our Talent Employer Branding Ream, to understand their top priorities and use that to guide building a strategy that tackles how best to tell short and long-term brand narratives.
• Utilize expertise to represent the brand, speak authentically to the audience, and stay on top of changing trends in the social landscape.
• Amplifying relevant comms campaigns and announcements, and relevant recruiting events.
• Set channel and platform goals - using data and analytics to keep you and your cross-functional partners accountable.

Key Responsibilities: Tactical Channel Management
• Build and manage an annual budget.
• Cultivate an organic relationship with our followers through smart and meaningful community management.
• Maintain the daily programming schedule in our proprietary scheduling system.
• Serve as one of the final set of eyes on content before it goes out in the world & ensure posting in an accurate, timely manner and in the Netflix voice.

Background and Specific Skills
• Strategic thinker with an ability to design and execute high-level brand social strategy and long-term (e.g. 12 months) campaigns.
• A storyteller and an innovative communicator who's resourceful, scrappy, and eager to try new things.
• Great writer and a clear verbal communicator. Can organize, summarize, clarify, and communicate ideas simply, succinctly, and accurately.
• Pragmatic, organized and detail-oriented. Has a big capacity to both think and 'do'.
• Demonstrated ability to think innovatively - connecting the dots when others cannot. Able to make the leap from information to insight.
• Able to identify, nurture and help refine compelling creative ideas and concepts, with a strong connection to the core strategy.
• Able to build strong relationships and work across many internal cross-functional teams.
• Experience using data and intuition to make content that grabs attention and engages its audience. Strong on social media analytics, but isn't afraid to take big risks.
• High tolerance for change, and the capacity to accomplish enormous amounts of work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Respect, understanding, and enthusiasm for Netflix culture.
