Key responsibilities:

Excellent Project Management skills
• Driving top-notch execution as an operational expert, bringing innovative campaign ideas to life.
• Acting as the guardian of excellence in execution, demonstrating craftsmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensuring that vendors involved in a project and stakeholders consistently meet their deadlines.
• Proactively troubleshooting, anticipating, and creatively solving problems in a timely manner during a production setup.
• Having a holistic point of view when working cross-functionally on each initiative from both creative and production perspectives.
• Jumping into conversations when needed to clarify project concerns with the team, vendors, or agencies.
• Sharing toolkits and available material with agencies as required.
• Collaborating effectively with various teams, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Local production expertise:
• Coordinating and overseeing a variety of production types like AV, experiential, digital, and traditional, among others.
• Developing bespoke production strategies for each campaign and offering tailored production solutions.
• Evaluating the technical feasibility according to the creative idea and identifying the best vendors for the projects.
• Selecting vendors, overseeing production paperwork, and managing budgets to ensure successful, feasible campaigns.
• Making sure that everything is produced in line with the vision and Netflix's creative and operational quality standards.

Solution-oriented and curious by nature:
• Thrive on change and use it to fuel creative solutions, maintaining the capacity to elevate production values and local impact even when facing unexpected challenges.
• Consistently look for ways to improve how we bring ideas to life, considering new tools, technologies, and trends.

• Cultivate strong relationships with top-tier agencies and vendors.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of diverse production experience, particularly in the creative industry (preferred in advertising/events).
• Proven experience in corporate environments, agencies, and/or brands.
• Budget management and a knack for bringing ideas to life.
• Comfortably handle at least two campaigns per month and six different types of campaigns per year.
• High tolerance for change and resilience in demanding, fast-paced environments.
• Passion for Entertainment, Design, local and worldwide pop culture, Technology, Arts, and Advertising.
• Impeccable record of cultivating diverse relationships with vendors, partners, agencies, and production companies.
• Committed to creating more inclusive and safe workspaces.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiar with digital experiences, virtual reality, or the metaverse (preferred not limited).
