We are looking for an experienced Creative Producer to bring production expertise & tactical execution to Brand-led marketing campaigns -- facilitating and overseeing the production of brand creative strategy.This person will be joining our Creative Marketing Production team, a center-of-excellence for creative operations and production, working closely with global Marketing groups at Netflix to connect our stories with millions of people worldwide.

In this role, you will partner with marketing creative leads to bring the strategic vision to life, managing the end-to-end production process. You will do this by focusing a keen creative eye on how ideas are produced and executed, crafting organic connections between our brand and consumers. This means you bring equal parts creative innovation and production expertise, fusing a left brain-right brain approach to the creative production.
Embedded Logistical/Production Partner
• Involved upstream in the briefing phase or early stages of development to level set effort, cost & production implications.
• Responsible for Brand's team Day to Day Production with internal embedded partners & external agencies/vendors
Production Generalist/Consultant - The Brand Marketing Creative Producer will safeguard final execution quality and monitor the production of creative extensions from ideation through delivery by overseeing:
• Vendor selection support & production bidding
• Cross-functional socialization
• Creative production cost management and communication, by informing teams on where their spend is going and what adjustments can be made based on creative or budgetary constraints.
• Sourcing quality & innovative production solutions.
• The Brand Marketing Creative Producer will streamline production & ensure appropriate usage of global asset suite across Cross-Functional Partners
• Passion for storytelling, and solid project management skills.
• 7+ years crafting world class creative direction and execution, preferably with experience in an entertainment or agency environment.
• Knowledge of 360 Campaigns: Digital, Print & AV.
• Ability to cultivate relationships, efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional partners and provide concise, clear, and actionable creative feedback and direction.
• Deep experience working on fast paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations. Knowledge and experience with on set production.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possessing a high level of intellectual curiosity and demonstrates strong and effective judgment in the face of ambiguity.
