The Studio UI Developer Productivity Team helps hundreds of developers in this effort by building frameworks, libraries, and best practices to help make developing enterprise-grade applications a cinch.

• Ability to hire and motivate a high-performing engineering team
• You have real-world experience managing technical teams and shipping internal tools.
• You are customer-focused, you view it as your responsibility to make sure the tools you build are widely adopted.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for enhancing application quality
