The Marketing & Communications (MarComms) Strategy & Analysis team is looking for a talented Manager to help Netflix grow its publishing platform (TUDUM.com) and to inform its broader MarComms decisions.

TUDUM.com launched in December 2021 with the goal of being Netflix's home for fans. Our mission is to bring members joy by deepening their connections to their favorite titles and helping them discover their next obsessions. We have nearly tripled our traffic within the last year. To help us unlock our next phase of growth, we are looking for an analytics and strategy manager who can synthesize insights from our wealth of data to drive editorial and growth team decisions.

In this role, we're looking for a big-picture thinker, self-starter, and analytical thought partner with an eye for detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and embrace ambiguity and change. Prior experience in an analytics role within other publishing organizations is strongly preferred.

The position is based in our Los Angeles office and will report to our Senior Manager, Strategy & Analysis, Marketing & Communications.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Liaise with internal editorial, growth, SEO, and operations stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges and opportunities for TUDUM
• Help the team to deeply understand TUDUM's audience and their behavior on site
• Analyze data around content and page traffic data to recommend improvements TUDUM's editorial formats
• Partner with Data Analytics engineer to design dashboards and reports to keep the TUDUM team updated on content successes
• Lead long range budget planning and budget management throughout the year with an eye towards in-market impact
• Analyze content viewing behavior within Netflix at large to inform MarComms campaign strategies
• Influence internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to take action on business opportunities based on insights generated.

Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience within a data analytics role within a publishing organization; background in marketing and social analytics is a bonus, but not required
• Fluency with industry-standard metrics of success within digital publishing
• Deep understanding of consumer behaviors and discovery habits with entertainment, understands how those intersect with content catalog and services
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive alignment amid ambiguity
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively influence and contribute with concrete recommendations/next step
• Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask 'why'
• Excellent written (memos and presentations) and verbal communication skills; timely communication
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $160,000 - $470,000.
