We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join our leadership team and manage our Digital Creative Production team, based in Los Angeles. The stewards of ideal amplification and execution transforming creative ideas into tangible deliverables, Digital Creative Production is part of our broader Creative Marketing Production group, which is a center-of-excellence for creative operation and production, working closely with Marketing & Communications groups at Netflix to connect our stories with millions of people worldwide.

The Role
Reporting to the Director, Marketing Production, you will be responsible for developing and leading the team that facilitates digital creative production needs and delivery of assets, including dynamic display, rich media, online video, mobile, and social creative types across marketing campaigns. You will manage a team of highly talented Digital Producers with the ability to translate creative ideas through to technical and native digital executions across multiple markets and platforms.
The ideal candidate excels at identifying and implementing the most innovative and effective ways of producing high quality creative at scale. You are an inspiring and inclusive leader, with experience developing and coaching teams towards shared common goals and leading through influence, all while demonstrating strong judgment in the face of ambiguity. You are an expert in digital production and have a keen understanding of the latest digital media and technology services. Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership. Empower, support, and cultivate a flat organization of senior-level digital professionals. A natural team leader with a proven track record of articulating team purpose and priorities, and rallying teams around these.
• Functional Expert. Lead and evolve the discipline of Digital Production at Netflix. Drive business innovation and vision for this creative production area, both internally (for our teams, workflows, and tooling) and externally (for how we work with our agency partners).
• Operational Strategist. Proactively identify business-critical issues and opportunities to improve how we budget, track, produce, share, utilize, and publish digital media, balancing the short and long-term needs of multiple cross-functional Marketing and Communications teams.
• Global & Regional Thinker. Ability to deliver on the specific needs of the US & Canada markets, while contributing to how we bridge and shape our global production and operational strategies.
• Data Fluency. Understand how to leverage data to push (not hinder) the boundaries of creative production. Partner with Strategy & Analysis counterparts to further our operational metrics agenda and drive process improvements.
• Culture Building. Be a strong culture role model, leading by example in alignment with our principles of Inclusion, Freedom & Responsibility, and Context, Not Control, giving individual collaborators space and support to thrive at Netflix.
Experience & Skills
• Fluency of digital creative marketing best practices, IAB standards, and dynamic creative development.
• Online marketing and display advertising experiences with an emphasis on display, rich media, video and paid social for desktop and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience building and leading mid to large diverse teams: hiring, developing and managing high performers.
• Global experience and/or time spent working outside of the US is a plus.
• Experience working with business analysts or analytics teams to measure operational metrics for forward looking operational planning.
• Excellent communications skills - as a global team member, strong communication and vision are a prerequisite for success.
• Proactive, constantly identifying and optimizing your business systems to eliminate, simplify, or automate ineffective elements of the current workflow in conjunction with cross-functional stakeholders .
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and are a natural team leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, drive to succeed and always up for a challenge!
