The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, self-starter to fill the role of Manager, Creative Marketing within Film & Series Marketing, Korea and build creative ideas that market our titles and create a lasting brand story for local & global members.

Responsibility:
• Think of creative elements in title campaigns and serve as a project lead of a creative campaign to present Netflix Korean titles into consumer's everyday life.
• Develop, lead, and execute, creative campaigns from A to Z, including writing creative briefs, lead marketing shoot, manage production and resources, budgeting for the launch of Netflix Korean titles.
• Managing the holistic production process of poster & trailer, agency briefing, creative directing, overseeing localization, and trafficking of key promotional materials.
• Work closely with regional marketing teams and cross functions external partners to develop authentic and eye catching creative campaign assets that are built on regional insights and connect with local & global audiences.
• Demonstrate mastery of verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills, as you will plan, organize, and lead meetings and manage workflow with many internal and external stakeholders/partners, including filmmakers, talents and colleagues across the company.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in building strategic and consumer creative marketing campaigns, with creative experience preferably in Korean entertainment & culture (TV, film, gaming preferred.)
• A history of team leadership and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners with the ability to creatively conceptualize creative campaigns that connect with audiences & people rally around from ground zero.
• Able to visualize, articulate and bring to life your creative ideas from beginning to end with a solid creative eye, experience and background.
• Expert knowledge of marketing campaigns, advertising (video and digital types in all forms) localization workflows, including fundamental understanding of the creative and production process for both Video and Digital materials.
• You are a strong storyteller and hold a deep love and passion for TV and film contents and have deep knowledge of the Korean entertainment industry and media trends both in Korea and globally, as well as an avid connoisseur of trailers, key art and digital/social media, art in all forms.
• Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel, in a fast-paced and collaborative environment while working with geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong interpersonal, creative, goal oriented, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, risk taking, organizational, prioritization, decision making, analytical and conflict resolution skills.
• Fluency in English and Korean is required.
