The Role

We are looking for a Campaign Operations Manager to join our Marketing Production team. Marketing Production is the center of excellence for creative operations, cross-functional project management, and marketing asset production. Campaign Operations Manager serves as the logistical and operational expert within the team, primarily partnering with AV/Print Producers and Marketing teams along with wider cross-functional teams such as Publicity to ensure efficient execution of creative production and adaptation, localization, asset management and delivery for Japan marketing campaigns. This position requires a nimble, solutions-oriented, project management expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires abilities to bridge competing priorities amongst multiple complex projects.

• Over 7 years of experience managing creative production and/or campaign while overseeing complex timelines, budgets and scope, preferably at an agency, entertainment studio or network. This is not an entry-level role.
• Possess deep knowledge and experience working on marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on video, print/OOH and digital/social asset materials.
• Well-versed in Video or Print materials and formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset ingestion and management, servicing and trafficking.
• A strong background working with internal and third-party tools, designed for asset management and project collaboration.
• Fluent in the language of marketing and creative production.
• Language proficiency - Fluent Japanese, Business Level English
• A deep understanding of business and cultural sensitivities.
• International work experience is preferred.
