Netflix House is a permanent entertainment venue where fans can interact with their favorite Netflix stories through immersive experiences and elevated hospitality. The first two locations will open at King of Prussia in Pennsylvania and Galleria Dallas in 2025. Netflix House is another step in Netflix's commitment to create immersive, in-person experiences for fans around the globe, including NETFLIX BITES Las Vegas, The Queen's Ball: A Bridgerton Experience; Stranger Things: The Experience; Squid Game: The Experience, now open in New York, Madrid, Sydney and Seoul; and Stranger Things: The First Shadow, now open on London's West End and coming to Broadway March 28. Netflix has reached 7.5 Million fans across 170 openings in 100 cities and 40 unique formats around the world with an average guest rating of 4.7 out of 5.
The Role
Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, both through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and globally touring attractions. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories and have IRL experiences, with the ultimate goal of increasing fandom for our members. We want these Experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote our titles and build them into title brands, or franchises, so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time.
As the Finance Manager for Netflix House - King of Prussia, you will oversee all of the coordination of the site's FP&A efforts, including coordination with corporate teams, soliciting vendor inputs, actively managing the P&L, and assisting with system consolidations.
What you will do:
• Manage day-to-day financial efforts for the Netflix House site including regular financial forecasts.
• Bridge site operations with the corporate finance and accounting teams.
• Liaise with Site GM to build an understanding of local operations (e.g. staffing plans) and develop KPIs.
• Partner and co-lead the monthly business reviews with the Site GM including flux analysis.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to understand sales patterns and inform the GM's operating plans.
• Partner closely with external vendors, solicit their forecasts, and manage the impact on the financials.
• Assist with the various system consolidations and submissions (e.g. Anaplan).
What we need from you:
• 8-10 years of experience in a financial role. Experience at an LBE (location based entertainment) theme park, or hospitality company is preferred.
• High aptitude for problem solving, research, and financial modeling to build recommendations for the business.
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently.
• Proven record of stakeholder management including influencing without authority.
• Excellent verbal and electronic communication skills.
• Detail oriented with a keen eye for process and business improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency with Google suite and Workday, is preferred.
