With the launch of mobile games, they can also play a collection of Netflix curated and produced games.

As a leader of the Netflix Games SDK team, you will enable game developers to integrate their games into the Netflix service on Unity, Android, and iOS platforms. In the process, you will help create an immersive environment for Netflix members to discover and play games..

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead the Mobile Games SDK team and drive strategy for the SDK product across Android and iOS.

About the role
• Lead a team of Android and iOS engineers who value inclusion, transparency, autonomy, and humility.
• Using your experience with the mobile app landscape and development cycle, improve execution and quality of SDK releases.
• Work closely with the Games Product team to build and execute on the games product roadmap
• Collaborate, build alignment, and develop strong relationships with engineering partners across client, server, and productivity teams.
• Develop and extend the strategy for managing the complexities associated with delivering a cross-platform mobile SDK with multiple interfaces.
• Empower, challenge, and coach team members to grow their impact as individual technical leaders by providing them with context and continuous feedback.

Location of Work
• For this role, we are considering candidates who are willing to relocate to Los Gatos, California, as well as fully remote candidates working within the U.S with occasional visits to Netflix offices in Los Gatos and Los Angeles.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $180,000 - $900,000.
