The iOS UI Foundation team is responsible for building the core components used to support and enable large-scale A/B tests of features ranging from highly visible product experiences to performance improvements. Solutions built by this team address the needs of iOS UI product engineers as well as common opportunities across other client engineering teams; these include app architecture, feature flags, data access (e.g. GraphQL), quality of experience (QoE), and client observability.

We are looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead the iOS UI Foundation team and drive technology investments needed to scale the iOS product portfolio. With Netflix's focus on international growth and new forms of entertainment such as games, there is a growing demand for mobile product innovations that increase value for our members worldwide.

About the Role
• Lead a team of senior iOS engineers who value inclusion, transparency, autonomy, humility, and an occasional game of Quiplash.
• Empower, challenge, and coach team members to grow their impact as individual technical leaders by providing them with context and continuous feedback.
• Strategically manage the engineering challenges and risks associated with shipping complex infrastructure solutions that impact the core product experience on a regular, rapid cadence.
• Effectively prioritize, distribute, and manage the increasing number of projects on the technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate, build alignment, and develop strong relationships with engineering partners across client, server, and productivity teams.
