Now is an amazing time to join Netflix as we seek to entertain the world. We have over 200 million paid members in over 190 countries, and we won't stop there. We are looking for a regional growth expert to join our Monetization team.

The Monetization team is responsible for product innovation on plans and pricing. We are looking for Regional Growth Managers who can connect nuanced audience insights at a local level to help drive product innovation at a global scale. You will help a team of global product managers prioritize business initiatives. You should be comfortable at the hub of a fast-paced environment where you interface daily with cross-functional experts. You are able to build alignment but not afraid to push ahead in the face of ambiguity.

The Netflix consumer product team is different from most technology companies. Many key product leaders - including this position - work with multiple cross-functional teams but do not have direct reports. Consequently, we're looking for experienced leaders who are strategic and also like rolling up their sleeves.

As part of the broader Monetization Product Team, you will:
• Lead local audience insights analysis for commerce innovation, scaling the global Product Management team and enabling more proactive vetting of opportunities.
• Use local knowledge, product expertise, and historical experimentation performance to assess commerce opportunities to improve product-market fit.
• Evaluate consumer sentiment/impact of new potential monetization opportunities to help define whether or not we move forward.
• Drive go-to-market planning for new monetization launches, e.g. facilitating discussions between global/local teams and formulating local product changes where appropriate.
• Collaborate with a team of stunning colleagues across consumer insights, data science, and product marketing to launch outstanding products to our customers.
• Ensure timely communication between global and local teams, e.g. writing newsletters, elevating local insights/challenges.
• Represent the Monetization team in country leadership forums, funneling feedback to global team and supporting regional commerce deep dives
• Author regional strategy memos and communicate / represent the broader Monetization team's work throughout the organization.

Qualifications
• +10 years of experience in Product Strategy, Strategy Planning & Analysis, in a highly analytical environment.
• Strategic thinker with a strong customer-focused mindset and empathy
• Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive alignment amid ambiguity
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and effectively influence and contribute with concrete recommendations/next steps, across both regional and global teams
• Comfortable applying a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to define success
• Insatiable curiosity to learn new domains, keep up with industry innovation, and constantly ask 'why'
• Excellent written (memos and presentations) and verbal communication skills; timely communication
