THE OPPORTUNITY
• As Netflix continues to scale across the globe, our Creative Studio will be at the core of our promotional content engine. A diverse team of creative production professionals, our Creative Studio is reinventing how we tell and share stories about our content.
• At Netflix's Creative Studio, our mission is to revolutionize the way promotional content is created and delivered, finding new ways for prospective and current Netflix members to discover new stories or old favorites through creative visual design, video editorial and sound design. This is your chance to help transform how Netflix and Netflix titles are presented, consumed and perceived by non-members and new users alike.
• We are looking for a driven, strategic Creative Program Manager to support Product innovation projects. In this role, you will work with cross-functional partners to reorient all process to be grounded in business needs, consumer insights and refine our communications so that we are advocates grounding for all other teams as well. You will be part of a team that's rethinking and exploring how Netflix can reach and appeal to markets and users through content and product innovation. The role will report to the Creative Infrastructure Manager.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Strategic execution of assets throughout all stages: resourcing, budgeting/scoping, execution, launch, mini/internal retrospective to contribute to the larger cross-functional test team
• Develop plans for projects with a range of complexity, including writing asset spec documentation, creating schedules and defining roles when working with cross- functional creatives
• Manage multiple parallel projects comprised of visual and motion designers, writers, video editors, and external vendors. Contribute to overall creative strategy across all disciplines
• Ensure all deliverables are meeting business partner expectations, including adherence to established timelines and budgets
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management throughout the life of the project.
• Provide operational oversight and support on all deliverables by advising internal creative team and external partners; identify potential risks and develop contingency plans and communicate cross-functionally any changes.
• Provide feedback between cross-functional creative teams on concepting ideas, development and execution from both a production and A/B test perspective for high efficiency and quality work
• Manage creative production for assets on A/B test run by PMs that do not require PGM/IPM support or no delivery to official pipeline

QUALIFICATIONS
• 12+ years of high volume, high-quality creative production experience within a creatively driven environment, production company or agency (preferably in the Entertainment space)
• Ability to enable creatives and creative talent (creatives should feel like this person is ''one of them''), but simultaneously have the ability to strategically optimize and scale
• Strong understanding of creative workflows for AV, Audio, and Design
• Deep experience working in content/creative/digital marketing
• Experience managing large-scale creative projects and a team of creatives and cross-functional partners from brainstorm to delivery
• Experience with scaling assets, process/production optimization for Product platforms
• Ability to create and manage timelines and budgets
• Experience managing and onboarding freelancers, vendors, agencies, and contractors
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Has an eye for creative quality (especially as it pertains to resourcing against a brief)
• Works well cross-functionally, build strong relationships
• High EQ: Ability to negotiate and navigate complex situations

• A deep interest in creative innovation and ideation
