As our global footprint continues to grow, we're seeking an accomplished AV Production Coordinator to strengthen the Marketing AV Production team for the LATAM region. Your role will be pivotal in coordinating AV production support for Netflix title campaigns in countries including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Mexico.

Joining the regional Marketing Production team, you'll become part of a nimble operations hub known for its creative excellence with emphasis in scalable execution. In close collaboration with the Marketing & Communications units at Netflix, your expertise will help connect our compelling stories with millions of people worldwide.

The Role

Reporting to the AV Production Manager in LATAM, you will join a team of Producers, Editors, and Motion Graphic Artists that manage the AV finishing and localization for Netflix Marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for coordinating AV production, supporting scale, and collaborating cross-functionally with internal partners dedicated to creative, media, regional marketing across both Global and Regional teams. The role will be based out of Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities include:
• Design and advise on efficient production timelines for AV Finishing and localization efforts, considering campaign needs, size, and complexity to ensure timely and high-quality asset delivery.
• Lead and coordinate localization efforts, ensuring the delivery of key assets and adapting as necessary to meet the success criteria of assigned campaigns.
• Support the onboarding of AV Production teams to internal tools and workflows, implementing and monitoring technical standards and maintaining creative integrity on project deliverables according to Netflix creative guidelines.
• Collaborate with localization teams on new language initiatives, including the production of backfill assets and implementation of new workflows.
• Provide hands-on production support to AV Producers during the peak moments of larger marketing campaigns.
• Support creative testing, planning, and fulfillment initiatives as they relate to the AV Production team.
• Contribute to the development of operational tools through partnerships with our Marketing Infrastructure and MarTech Engineering teams.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of AV Servicing in an entertainment studio, post-production house or creative agency
• Knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process of AV Material
• Fluent in AV types and formats with an understanding of the fundamentals of asset management, servicing, and trafficking
• Knowledge of localization workflows, including graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing of short-content marketing and/or PR materials.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects and Photoshop
• Strong technical mind and background
• Extraordinarily organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - as a global team member, strong communication, and vision are a prerequisite for success.
• Must be a native Latin American Spanish speaker. English fluency is required while fluency in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
