Associate, Production Finance - Series Prep / Wrap

This role encompasses broad financial and operational responsibilities within Production Finance, specifically managing Netflix series titles before and after a dedicated production accounting team is active.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial controls and production processes by aligning with Netflix Studio stakeholders.
• Guide external prep/wrap accountants on Netflix best practices, coordinating with external production accounting teams.
• Innovate to improve Production Finance and PWP (Prep/Wrap) operations.
• Drive strategic projects and provide thought leadership.
Qualifications:
• Proven knowledge of production accounting software.
• Proficiency in tech systems like Excel/GSheets.
• Essential understanding of 1099, tax incentives, bank portals, and invoice processing.
• Ability to perform strong analysis and insight.
• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, clear) for both internal and external interactions.
• Highly accurate, with a focus on generating results that meet the highest standards of integrity.
• Ability to thrive and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity.
• A resourceful business partner who can work independently and collaborate effectively.
• An excellent ambassador for Netflix Production Finance who exhibits good judgment.
• Strong relationship-building skills, fostering inclusivity in decision-making and a positive team dynamic.
• An influential team player with a one team mentality.
• A strong understanding of local payroll is considered a plus.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000-240,000.
