Netflix aspires to ''entertain the world'' and reach an even larger audience with its stories. To do this effectively, we need to best combine the right set of features and price points to 1) serve current and future Netflix members and 2) maximize long-term revenue growth.

The Pricing SP&A role is tasked with contributing to Netflix's long-term strategy for pricing and tier differentiation. Pricing is one of the most important levers for revenue growth, and this team is a key contributor in pricing decisions. The pricing associate will be responsible for maintaining and building upon the existing pricing framework used to inform strategic change. To guide pricing effectively, the role requires evaluating Netflix's performance, market dynamics, competitor trends, and consumer perception of value.

We collaborate closely with several teams as part of the Pricing Working Group including Data Science and Engineering, Consumer Insights, Corporate SP&A, and Growth Product. This role will be based in California and report to the Senior Manager of Plans & Pricing SP&A.

Responsibilities
• Developing frameworks on how to approach complex issues facing the business
• Identifying variables that best explain consumers' perception of value
• Analyzing historical impacts of pricing changes, and aggregating learnings to inform the pricing framework, principles, and future decisions
• Assessing patterns for product usage that can be used to inform better approaches to monetization
• Understanding how changes to product features shift consumer willingness to pay
• Evaluating how future plans and pricing changes will impact Netflix's financials
• Building and maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships including with stakeholders in local markets (e.g. Country Leadership teams)

Qualifications
• 4+ years experience in analytical roles; Experience with pricing considered a plus
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills, but also able to work independently
• Adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Skilled in preparing effective presentations with clear narrative
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Excel / Sheets; Proficiency with Tableau and SQL a plus
• Genuine passion and excitement for Netflix's unique culture.
