The Product FS&A team is tasked with partnering with Product leaders and ensuring great discovery and engagement experiences for our members. We collaborate closely with several teams including Data Science and Engineering, Consumer Insights, Corporate Finance, and Member Product. This role will be based in the Netflix Headquarters in Los Gatos, California and report to the Senior Director of Product FS&A.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Evaluating how changes to the member/user experience drive user behaviors including engagement and churn.
• Understanding market, platform, and consumer characteristic differences and the impact each has on key membership metrics.
• Determining areas for product improvement based on external benchmarks, competitive research, and internal performance metrics.
• Evaluating opportunities to improve member lifetime value by increasing engagement.
• Developing models to understand the mechanics and business impacts of different initiatives.
• Helping build a product and business roadmap by prioritizing projects and product features based on their contribution to business objectives.
• Translating our initiatives into presentations and memos for cross-functional partners and senior management to facilitate decision-making and disseminate information.
• Helping track industry developments and relevant benchmarks to understand impacts and implications to our business.

What we are looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in highly analytical roles tied to consumer product strategy.
• Strong modeling skills and comfort managing large sets of data.
• Strong proficiency with Excel / Google Sheets and SQL.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently; must thrive in a fast-paced, always-changing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in preparing and delivering effective presentations to executive audiences.
• Highly intellectually curious, has the courage to challenge the status quo, and exhibits the highest personal and professional standards of integrity and ethics.
