Responsibilities
Job Purpose:
This role will report to the SVP of Corporate Communications and Marketing for Universal Studio Group and will develop and implement the brand strategy for the newly formed studio umbrella. Additionally, this role will maintain the individual studio brands (Universal Television, UCP, NBCUniversal International and Universal Television Alternative Studio), liaise with channel partners on all aspects of series marketing campaigns, create and implement cross functional marketing plans to support studio led promotion and oversee marketing agency support. They will also be responsible for creating a global franchise marketing strategy to maintain brand integrity for each of the studio titles throughout the series' full lifecycle. This person will play an important role in shaping both the brand and culture of Universal Studio Group.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Develop a brand identity for the newly formed Universal Studio Group (USG)
• Create the brand toolkit, playbook and best practices
• Work closely with the creative agency to develop and evolve brand aesthetic to ensure the brands/initiatives are being well represented in all elements and executions
• Maintain the integrity of all studio brands including Universal Television, UCP, NBCUniversal International and Universal Television Alternative Studios
• Create a global franchise marketing strategy for all USG titles
• Act as point of contact with external agencies and partners, leading communication and relationships, providing creative feedback and managing approvals
• Serve as the lead brand contact with other internal NBCU departments (e.g. Publicity, Sales/Creative Partnerships, Programming and Consumer Products) and external partners to help integrate and coordinate plans
• Represents the strategic voice of the studio group
• Create and implement cross functional marketing strategies including social, digital, creative, awards and paid media for USG promotion and supplemental series support
• Develop materials and resources needed to strategically prime and uniquely position the studios for continued success in the competitive marketplace
• Manage all marketing and digital agencies
• Create and manage all external facing business websites and social platforms
• Work with photo teams at internal and external partners to align strategies on photo assets and capture
• Create PowerPoint presentations
• Work with the research team to further campaigns leveraging available data
• Analyze and translate qualitative and quantitative data for marketing needs and team programs
• Manage budget and serve as liaison with the finance team

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably at an agency or entertainment studio
