We are seeking a Vice President of Commerce Operations to join the Global Streaming Platform team. Reporting to the SVP of Commerce Product, the VP of Commerce Operations will lead all ''run'' activities for the Commerce Product team.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategy and delivery of three areas of focus – Billing Operations, Offer Operations and Production Management for four+ Global Streaming Platform propositions.
• Develop a vision and provide thought leadership that enable operational excellence and efficiency.
• Define metrics for global transactional success and fraud reduction. Manage and monitor success, providing executive level briefings and establishing strategies to improve metrics, aiding in broader OKR achievement.
• Own day to day relationships with Payment Service providers.
• Work with product and technology to evaluate relationships and establish best in class vendor management.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to billing, payments, and collections.
• Work and guide your team to work cross-functionally to recommend improvements to product functionality that will improve billing success, offer delivery and/or product configuration.
• Cultivate and led a team of 20+ team members

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrable experience in product operations, with global senior leadership experience within a large organization focused on product operations for OTT businesses.

Desired Characteristics:
• Proven and recognized thought leader in Billing operations and transactional products who anticipates industry trends.
• Relevant experience in large global matrixed organizations with exposure to international payment methods, laws and delivery considerations
• A problem solver at heart – capable of identifying
• Extensive experience defining and delivering competitive product operational strategies.
• Proven ability to collaborate across businesses.
• Be an inspirational leader for best-in-class product talent in an innovative, fast-moving environment.
• Demonstrated record of accomplishment of success in forging and developing excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders (e.g., Peacock, Sky).
• Proven executive presence with outstanding verbal and written skills, strategic capabilities, effective collaborator, and superior influencing skills.
• Influential leadership, strong motivator, and ability to manage through change.
