The Position:

NBCUniversal Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal's full advertising technology suite. From product management to program management, from sales enablement to sales operations, from product marketing to strategic communications, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal's $8B+ annP
advertising business. Together, we're building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.

The Platform Solutions team within Advertising Platforms & Operations is responsible for supporting NBCUniversal's day-to-day local advertising business by building, enhancing, and scaling internal products, as well as maintaining and streamlining operational workflows and leading master data management (MDM), with a particular focus on driving efficiencies through automation. We are currently seeking a Vice President, Product Management, CRM Tools, to build out the product strategy and roadmap for our CRM tools. This person will collaborate primarily with Ad Sales Management, Product and Engineering to develop strategies and tools to support Sales, Planning, and Finance workflows. They will also work directly with and be part of the product team building out One Platform, working closely with the NBCU Portfolio, National, Global, Local, and Syndication teams for both linear and digital.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Build a product vision and strategy for NBCU's CRM tools
• Work closely with colleagues to align the CRM tools' product strategy with the overall One Platform strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Planning, and Finance to define the roadmap and execute on the strategy, goals, and process for the National, Global, Syndication, and Local Sales teams
• Partner with a Technical Product Manager and Engineering team on roadmap and solutions
• Play a key role in the requirements gathering, design, and development for CRM tools and integrations with other products/systems
• Work closely with the Ad Sales Center of Excellence on a training plan and materials to train users and support teams on current/future functionality
• Strategize with executive business sponsors to optimize application effectiveness and efficiency, with both long- and short-term goals in mind
• Communicate application enhancements, updates, and process changes to business users and support teams
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure user needs/expectations are consistently met
• Evaluate technologies to support enhancements and work with IT to implement changes
• Champion and provide functional support for all modifications to existing interfaces with other systems
• Share best practices with colleagues in Sales Solutions and other Comcast organizations
• Oversee and manage all ad sales ad-hoc system requests
• Provide project management support and identify/document project risks plus mitigation strategies to ensure successful project execution
• Communicate project updates to the broader NBCU organization and/or key project stakeholders and drive senior level stakeholder teams to consensus

Qualifications/Requirements
• 10+ years experience in the media ad sales industry or product management
• Demonstrated experience with product development, process documentation, and system applications
• Experience working directly in media, especially as it relates to display, video, mobile, audience, and inventory platforms

Desired Characteristics
