Job Description

Role Purpose:

The Treasury Manager will join a team focused on providing cash management, forecasting, and oversight as well as identifying, developing, and implementing strategies for mitigating foreign exchange risk across all of NBCUniversal's portfolio of businesses including Media, Studios, News and Destination and Experiences. The manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's forecasting capabilities and ensuring that treasury operations are efficient and aligned with the overall business objectives. The role will report directly to the VP, Treasury and lead a team managing treasury operations for the Americas.

The Treasury department is a dynamic and fast paced organization. As such, the successful candidate should be knowledgeable in liquidity management solutions, banking services and the current Treasury technology landscape. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator who can collaborate and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company and external banking partners.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee all aspects of cash operations and support for the Americas
• Manage the company's cash and liquidity rolling forecast process which includes active engagement with business units, FP&A, Tax and Controllership to improve accuracy and reduce variances between forecasts and actuals
• Evaluate opportunities to optimize cash visibility and reporting, streamline processes through automation and enhance internal controls
• Identify and implement banking solutions that support business objectives
• Support foreign exchange trading activities and trade settlement processing
• Actively participate in global finance transformation initiatives
• Support tax group with annual FBAR filing
• Prepare materials for internal and external auditors as requested
• Lead special projects as assigned

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury within a large multinational organization
• Strong knowledge of banking services, working capital management, Treasury trends and technology systems
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modeling, project management and implementation experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interface with all levels of management and customers
• Must be comfortable with treasury-related topics with a constant eye on process improvement and creating efficiencies through technology

Desired Characteristics:
• MBA, CTP or other professional designation a plus
• Knowledge of media industry a plus
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with managing competing projects and deliverables on tight timelines
• Knowledge of FX markets, and related financial instruments
• Familiarity with banking platforms, Quantum, Trax, Chatham and FXAll a plus
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Power BI Reporting and Dashboards
• Proficient at creating managerial level presentations and analysis
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and fluid environment
• Self-starter: you take initiative, set goals, and meet them

• This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
