Fandango is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sr. Technical Product Manager to join our Fandango 360 Data-as-a-Service product team. As a Sr. Technical Product Manager, you will define and deliver innovative systems and service products, collaborate with various stakeholders, both business and technical, and define product requirements to build and maintain a best-in-class experience. . The Role:
• Work with senior product manager/s to create roadmaps, project scope, and plans.
• Write project requirements, one-pagers, and tickets for technical initiatives
• Ensure on-time project delivery for each committed roadmap initiative.
• Work closely with technical teams to help unblock and support in mid-project product decision-making
• When required, work with stakeholders for product and end-user feedback and requirements' gathering
• Work with cross-functional technical & product teams on collaborative or externally-dependent projects
Qualifications
Skills Required:
• Familiarity with data Engineering concepts (SQL, ETL, Data Warehousing, etc.) Not an expert, but understands the concepts
• Has the ability to translate and communicate technical requirements and challenges to non-technical stakeholders
• 1-3 years product management experience
• Knows how to balance competing priorities and relationship management
• Excellent communication skills up, down, and across
• Understands customer needs and ability to advocate for them in an engineering context
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Eager to learn new tech and keeps up with trends both internally and externally
• Strong organizational and product management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Familiarity with Agile and comfortable with tools like Jira
• Ability to identify, address, and resolve conflicts constructively
• High emotional intelligence to understand, empathize, and negotiate with different personalities and perspectives.
