Job Description

Up to 3 years

This position is responsible for setting direction and implementing plans to provide superior service to NBCUniversal's businesses in EMEA and APAC. This role and the team are responsible for the management and controllership of the daily banking and cash operations.
• Oversee treasury operations including cash management and banking activities.
• Manage a team of 3 FTE, coaching them on projects and mentoring them in their professional advancement.
• Lead ongoing daily operations, identify ways to automate and increase efficiency and support the team in their core areas.
• Maintain positive and constructive relationships with banking partners and work with internal partners to continually improve and streamline corporate banking infrastructure and processes.
• Manage working capital, daily fund positioning and long-term planning for liquidity and FX risk management.
• Oversee International rolling cash forecast and continuously work towards improving accuracy.
• Support integrations and migrations of bank accounts and implementation of treasury systems.
• Facilitate the transition from decentralized to centralized treasury operations.
• Oversee the control of bank accounts and systems. Execution of periodic reviews of international treasury operations to ensure compliance with best practice, company policies/procedures and SOX.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
• Minimum 5-7 years of Treasury and/or related experience in with a large international corporation.
• Bachelor' degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business administration or finance required. MBA or advanced degree in finance a plus.
• Good knowledge of global treasury management practices and cash & liquidity management.
• Familiarity with international financial markets, tax and accounting regulations.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong management skills and ability to influence and engage direct reports and peers.
• Expertise with SAP, Treasury Management Systems and banking systems a plus.
• Willingness to work flexibly
