Responsibilities
Role

Preference will be given to NBCU and WM employees.
The Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the day to day budgeting and forecasting process for product, both new release and catalog, as well as the budgeting and forecasting for overhead expenses.

Essential Responsibilities:
include, but are not limited to:
• Prepare planning, budget, and pacing cycles for SDS, including partnering with WHE and UPHE as part of their respective budgeting processes
• Coordinate with the Commercial Planning and Operations teams to obtain and understand relevant data for budgeting and pacing
• Provide inputs into proof of concept and testing of financial processes
• Identify ideas for best practices and process improvement
• Assist with any special projects and support cross-functional business initiatives
• Maintain a strong working relationship with WHE and UPHE, ensuring transparent financial objectives are clearly defined, communicated and prioritized
• Help create a culture of inclusion and collaboration across the Finance team and its stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related
field
• Demonstrated background and knowledge of
corporate financial management within a large, high- profile, matrixed corporate environment
• Advanced Excel skills required
• Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, SAP, and Business Objects preferred
• Knowledge of Sequel, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
• Proficient knowledge of financial statements
• Proficient presentations skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
