Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director, Creative Services on the NBCUniversal Creative Partnerships team, this position requires a highly skilled creative and an experienced producer with expertise in creating culturally relevant content for the US Hispanic viewer.
Ideal candidate must be a seasoned production professional, capable of leading ENG day shoots to multi-day shoots with large crews. This position also requires strong creative skills and the ability to bring innovative creative solutions to life for NBCU's Hispanic fan base across linear, digital and social platforms. Ideal candidate must possess a passionate commitment to producing engaging content that connects with the U.S. Hispanic viewer, while communicating brand messaging in a natural, seamless, and positive manner.
Areas of Responsibility
• Create insights-driven ideas for NBCU's advertising partners, with a special focus on US Hispanic culture
• Create concepts and content plans across linear, digital, and social platforms
• Write concept briefs, synopses, scripts, treatments and integration proposals in English and Spanish
• Estimate production costs for all ideas created and pitched to advertisers
• Lead billing and procurement process for vendor partners
• Create and effectively manage production budgets
• Act as Creative Director and EP on all custom shoots
• Collaborate with network showrunners in production of in-show integrations
• Oversee post-production of branded content
• Communicate directly with advertising partners throughout activation
• Deliver all assets of sponsorship with excellence
• Educate and inform clients/agencies on NBCU's branded content guidelines and policies
• Collaborate with show producers to vet custom branded ideas within programming content
• Establish and maintain relationships with key internal network stakeholders
• Collaborate with multiple departments (One Platform Marketing, Creative, Sales, Legal, Business Affairs, Network producers and programming) to ensure seamless executions
• Identify and leverage content and data innovations to help drive revenue for the organization
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of production experience (long form or short form)
• Strong creative and production skill set with tangible examples
• Demonstrated leadership skills with management background
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Spanish
Eligibility Requirements:
• Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
• Must be willing to work in Miami, Florida
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the
United States
• Must be 18 years or older
