Responsibilities
Role
The Sr. Contract Administrator will oversee contract execution, distribution and filing as well as coordinate timely payments arising from various music talent agreements in the Music Business & Legal Affairs team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage contract execution, distribution, storage and tracking for film music agreements and correspondence
• Maintain all systems relating to contract execution and storage and seek to improve efficiencies between systems and in existing processes
• Maintain all files in an organized, consistent manner
• Process payment requests and interact with accounting departments and outside vendors to ensure payments are accurate and on time and maintain organized reports on all payments
• Red-line various legal agreements related to film music including master synchronization licenses
• Create and maintain detailed status reports and documents and draft various correspondence
• Conduct research as it relates to current projects
• Interact positively with others and maintain relationships both internally and externally
• Provide administrative support to the attorneys in the department as needed (e.g., scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting materials, filing, circulating correspondence and documents)
• Perform other related duties in support of the Music Business & Legal Affairs department as requested by management
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of combined administrative and contract administration experience
• Prior experience at a music or film company or an entertainment law firm
• Prior experience red-lining and interpreting agreements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Willingness to work overtime, and/or on weekends with short notice
