Responsibilities
Direct-to-Consumer is a key priority for GOLF with fast moving and aggressive growth goals. This role is integral to the GolfPass team.

The Sr. Analyst, Direct-to-Consumer Insights & Data Visualization will assist the DTC team in understanding members' and non-members' behavior through quantitative and qualitative methods. This role will help in creating meaningful stories with data in order to drive innovation throughout the entire product experience.

Your mission is to creatively and proactively translate a wealth of data into insights to better understand how to attract, convert and continually create a delightful experience for GolfPass members.

You'll use methods from statistics, and quantitative social science to extract meaningful patterns from large datasets, surveys, GolfPass member transactional and engagement data, and other sources.

You'll partner with a talented team of Engineers and Data Scientists working to improve our product and generate world-class insights to help them and our business better serve potential and current GolfPass members.

Job Duties
• Support the GolfPass Acquisition, Retention, and Engagement teams by creating data-driven analysis and dashboards to support the strategic planning of each team with the goal of optimizing efforts and maximizing member LTV.
• Utilize a combination of SQL and reporting tools like Tableau to design and build dashboards and produce reports summarizing Key Performance Indicators
• Conduct ad hoc analyses as needed to deliver insights into non-member and member behaviors, interaction, and engagement with the product
• Develop and enhance automated dashboards to provide visibility into performance of GolfPass for key stakeholders and presentations for leadership.
• Leverage cross-functional skills by working with survey data and with our data science and engineering teams to develop and deliver impactful insight
• Responsible for partnering with appropriate stakeholders to measure all aspects and deliver actionable insights and analysis for teams to iterate and improve member acquisition and retention campaigns through various channels such as: email, mobile, display, TV, CTV, and other marketing channels.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• BA degree in Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Management Science or a related field
• 2+ years of relevant analyst experience, preferably working in an e-commerce or other commerce-driven environment
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work through complex problems.
• Advanced skills in Excel and in reporting tools like SQL, R, Business Objects, Tableau, etc. preferred
• Experience with visual analytics, dashboard design best practices, and research questionnaire development preferred

• Experience in a programming language commonly used for data manipulation and computational statistics (such as R, Python) and ability to work pragmatically with statistical concepts
