Responsibilities
We are seeking a hands-on Mobile Software Engineer with experience developing, debugging, or designing software applications, operations systems and databases according to provided design specifications. You will work collaboratively with a highly talented cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class e-Commerce websites. The ideal candidate communicates well and has a passion for developing robust, high-performance, scalable code using the latest technologies.

In delivering the key responsibilities of the role, the Software Engineer will;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of mobile and/or OTT apps
• Build a best-in-class applications to be deployed across multiple native platforms
• Architect and plan software that can be reused on multiple native platforms
• Frequently communicate project progress and updates to senior colleagues, peers and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews with internal technical staff.
• Undertake the creation of technical documentation.
• Act as a liaison to the business and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.
• Define and work within standards, architect solutions and deliver quality code.
• Work collaboratively, delegate tasks and/ or support others in delivery of key priorities.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Experience developing mobile applications using Swift / Kotlin.
• 2+ years experience developing android and iOS applications.
• 2+ years consuming and/or Designing ReST APIs.
• 2+ years experience developing applications in an Agile Development Environment.

Desired Characteristics

Additional desirable skills, experience and attributes that would be advantageous include;
• To have worked on live streaming applications for mobile.
• Development on OTT platforms experience such as Apple TV, Android TV, Roku, FireTV.
• Documentation of requirements and project status in Jira.
• Experience working on online gaming including fantasy sports or betting.
• To have developed Rapid Prototype Applications.
Experience of and having excelled in presenting technical specifications to Senior Leadership.
