SFA, Accounting & Reporting

Job Description

Responsibilities
• Key contributor to the monthly and quarter close process including posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations and investigating variances to prior periods
• Prepare and present quarterly Balance Sheet review packet to Controller and CFO
• Partner with HQ, FP&A, divisions on routine/ad-hoc deliverables
• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives and opportunities to build efficiencies into existing reporting routines
• Support international accounting management from a controls, compliance, and reporting perspective
• Participate in annual SOX 404 certification and audits
• Assist in ad hoc projects and perform accounting research as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years experience in Accounting
• Public accounting experience, Big 4 is a plus
• Excel skills and working knowledge of PowerPoint
