Our team is a hard-working, energetic and deeply engaged group of individuals providing senior executive search leadership and consultative services across the entire NBCUniversal global enterprise – TV & Streaming (Entertainment, News, Sports), Peacock, Film, Animation, Parks & Resorts, Consumer Products, Digital, Shared Services, and Corporate. Our people are our greatest asset, so we have an incredibly important job of identifying, recruiting, and hiring a diverse mix of exceptional leaders. We partner closely with enterprise wide business units and HR leaders and identify internal and external candidates for mission critical leadership roles. In addition, the team provides talent advisory services, including external talent mapping, competitive market and organizational/leadership intelligence and pro-active pipelining to support near-, mid- and long-term succession and talent planning needs.

We analyze and curate industry intelligence and briefings for executive-level projects in support of NBCU's global enterprise, helping to transform and making our organization the most competitive and innovate media company in the marketplace.
• Deliver high-impact executive-level research in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
• Constant curation and understanding of the market and competitive landscape; including competitive insights, business intelligence and organizational charts
• Analyze and synthesize talent information, reporting trends, and analytics
• Ability to rigorously prioritize, organize, and multitask; simultaneously building and managing diverse candidate pipelines for multiple roles and projects
• Strategically partner with key stakeholders; calibrate deliverables for highly mission critical and/or hard-to-fill positions
• Serve as database subject matter expert (SME); refine and establish best practices to streamline recruitment processes in accordance with strict confidentiality and all relevant regulations
• Champion importance and value of data capture and quality in project deliverables and in CRM; ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date and client ready
• Actively read and monitor industry trades; tracking key industry moves, M&A activity and ad-hoc reports, as necessary
• Constantly on the lookout for new resources, tools, programs and approaches to support the research function
• Act as a SME across a variety of industry segments and functional disciplines
• Establish and build trusted relationships across the global enterprise
• Serve as an ambassador for NBCU's overall commitment to diversity and inclusion as a core value and business imperative

Qualifications/Requirements
• 5+ years' experience working with qualitative research. Experience can come from an in-house executive search team, executive search agency, market insights firm or in a data-rich and research-intensive field (i.e., journalism)
• Experience synthesizing information from multiple sources
• Experience advising and consulting key stakeholders and leadership
• Hands-on experience working with sensitive and confidential data
• Experience with a CRM, ATS and/or data tools (i.e., Encore, huge plus, but not required)
• Role based in New York or Los Angeles, CA
