Content Distribution Digital Products is responsible for driving consumption, monetization, and brand presence for NBCUniversal programming across o/o and distributor digital products - set top box, TVE, dMVPDs.

We are a lean methodologies product team that designs and builds what's next for the content distribution ecosystem. We work on major events, like the Olympics and the World Cup. We also go deep behind the scenes to create tool sets that ultimately make it easier for distributors to build better experiences and for consumers to find the content they love.

Responsibilities:
- Provide service design and guidance for distributor partners
- Develop and manage product requirements for an NBCU distributed app
- Manage content systems as needed to support live event production
- Assist in the development of UX guidelines for internal and external teams
- Support various products design and development projects
- Engage with cross-functional teams to evolve UX knowledge share
- Support marketing in UX governance and compliance
- Prepare documentation and presentations for internal and external merchandising

- Assist in vendor relationship management
What you bring:
- A background in design thinking, design management and service design
- A passion for understanding user experience design across the media ecosystem
- Knowledge of search functionality, metadata, SEO optimization and metrics
- Knowledge of and experience using content management systems
- Desire to lead user research, ethnography, prototyping and field trials
- Excellent communications and presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Proven ability to partner and collaborate across multiple teams
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within an entertainment company
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, adapt to, and initiate change in a fast pace environment
- Ability to plan, prioritize and manage delivery of projects per business requirements
- Demonstrated experience with presentation tools such as PowerPoint, Excel
- Demonstrated experience with UX tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, Sketch, Zepplin, JIRA
- Professional attitude with the ability to handle confidential information and materials
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to travel, work nights and on weekends with short notice
Additional Requirements
