Want to work with one of America's most beloved and trusted brands? The TODAY Digital team prides itself on creativity, imagination, and collaboration. We're currently looking for a proven, innovative digital video leader to join our growing team. As the Senior Producer, you will oversee lifestyle digital video content for TODAY Digital – primarily in the health, wellness and lifestyle space.

The Senior Producer will be responsible for producing a library of premium fitness, wellness, and food videos while also overseeing a social video calendar for our Start TODAY social handles on Instagram and TikTok. This role is for someone who is passionate about fitness and wellness, and willing to get in the weeds and execute video editing and shooting when needed. This role is ideally for a creative and trusted problem-solver who has proven video leadership experience in the fitness, health and wellness space.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the production and delivery of a library of premium fitness and wellness video
• Lead the execution of social videos and a social video calendar for our Start TODAY brand
• Manage and execute sponsored digital video shoots in lifestyle
• Work cross functionally with our internal studios and crew members to produce full day shoots with talent and guests
• Coordinate and collaborate with booking and broadcast on booking fitness talent
• Collaborate, share and work with product, design and editorial on building out the video functions across our products
• Edit and shoot video alongside your team of digital video producers when needed

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years experience in video production
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and social in-app editing tools
• Expert videographer and video editor, comfortable working independently and creating digital video content from start to finish.
• Strong news judgment and excellent writing, research, interviewing and communication skills
• Familiar with social video, social media and video distribution
• Experience leading a team of producers
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States

Additional Requirements:
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
