Job Description
Role Purpose:
The Senior Manager P2P Technical Operations will be responsible for oversight for all SaaS tools in Procure to Pay (P2P), new company code set up, training, and new business integrations. This role will be part of the larger Global Finance Operations (GFO) team. The GFO team is currently stabilizing operations after transitioning work from two outsourcing partners to one global partner, building up its retained shared service team capabilities, implementing new technology solutions and harmonizing global processes and procedures.


Service Delivery
• Manage the project support function for the P2P team to include business requirements documentation and design, and user acceptance training
• Lead any hyper-care sessions and end user support for newly implemented processes or software
• Drive new training programs in support of the business (Pcard, Coding, etc.)
• Own the global SAP role for all P2P
• Distribute and maintain the monthly business unit metrics
• Manage all communications relating to the P2P organization
• Update and maintain the P2P SharePoint site
• Provide SNAP (invoice approval tool within the SAP system) end user and super user support, including troubleshooting any issues with SNAP
• Build and maintain strong customer-oriented relationships across NBCU Finance and key functional groups

Continuous Improvements
• Support new entity integrations and any company code additions or exclusions
• Support any P2P system enhancements
• Standardize the global CAM (Central Approval Matrix) process
• Support the People, Process and Technology Roadmap in partnership with the P2P Global Process Owner (GPO) and the Financial Systems Strategy Group (FSSG). The Roadmap is a multi-year plan that includes ongoing process standardization, simplification and automation opportunities which drive year over year efficiency improvements.

Standards and Controls
• Own the P2P controls and maintain documentation of desktop procedures
• Ensure compliance to policies and procedures, and adherence to regulatory and audit requirements

• Develop a culture and reputation in which customer experience is unparallel, service delivery is robust, and processes are efficient and transformational
• Foster collaboration within the team and across the customer lifecycle

• Partner with stakeholders across the end-to-end processes to review activities and ensure a high quality and productive support for business needs
• Continually challenge and update the Global P2P organizational structure and staffing capabilities as appropriate for growth and changing business needs

2022 key deliverables and areas of focus:
• Rollout of Governance Program between Global P2P, the Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) and key business stakeholders
• Implementation of technology solutions including a supplier information management portal, an invoice integration and scanning tool, a workflow and escalation management tool and various virtual workforce and RPA opportunities
• Oversight of various process and policy initiatives including an updated P-Card policy and controls framework, a redesigned vendor regulatory compliance program and a review of the vendor master data
• Support the overall P2P roadmap as new opportunities are in scope for the GFO organization

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
• CPA or MBA desirable
• 6+ years' experience in P2P environment including managerial positions of increasing responsibilities
• Exhibit a high degree of customer service for internal customers and business partners
• Thorough understanding of accounting controls, with varied experience in P2P areas (i.e., Vendor Maintenance, Invoice Processing, Treasury, Regulatory and Tax compliance, Payments, P-Card Administration)
• Experience and use of ERP software and familiarity with P2P subledger systems and interfaces
• Entertainment industry preferred

• Must be willing to work in New York, NY or Universal City, CA
