Responsibilities
• The Senior FP&A Manager will play an integral role on the News Group FP&A team and will support all aspects of financial planning cycles
• The individual will partner with NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC finance teams, as well as Corporate FP&A, with high exposure to News Group's CFO and SVP of FP&A
• This role will report to the Director of FP&A for News Group
• Own consolidation of total News Group P&L and key metrics for all FP&A cycles, working with Director to synthesize information for News Group CFO, SVP of FP&A, and act as key point of contact for NBCU Corporate FP&A
• The individual will be expected to be a meaningful contributor creating presentations for all recurring and ad hoc senior leadership meetings. They will also work on strategic analyses as assigned by / in response to the group CFO / NBCU Corporate FP&A
• Own rebuild of News Group Free Cash Flow process post-News Group integration
• Support strategic growth efforts by owning Non-TV reporting (5 growth pillars – Digital Publishing, Streaming, Subscription, Commerce, Audio), evaluating enhancement opportunities as the company invests in Non-TV growth
• Work with FP&A team and across the News Group brands to drive consistency on key processes (P&L reporting, system implementation, Free Cash Flow, Headcount, Talent reviews, etc.)
• Manage Headcount process, working across brands and with NBCU Corporate FP&A to accurately track and communicate changes
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Proficient in MS Office Suite particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience in SAP/AOE/BPC is preferred

• Experience working in FP&A
• Analytical mindset, curiosity, and initiative; expertise in leveraging and analyzing financial data and other KPI's to drive growth
• Ability to work across multiple functions and teams in a collaborative environment
• Interest in process improvement and how it translates to FP&A
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with interest in presenting to News Group Finance leaders
• Media/Entertainment experience preferred
