Responsibilities
Role

The Universal Film Group FP&A team is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst, responsible for assisting in the consolidation, analysis, and forecasting of the global P&L for the entire Film Segment. The role is in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Supports the consolidation & analysis of the Film Group's global P&L routines (weekly forecast pacing, forecast pacing pulses, major forecast estimates), including the administration of the film financial database system
• Assist in consolidation, reporting, and presentation of Film group's major forecast cycles (Long Range Plan, Budget, Major Estimates, etc.) to NBCUniversal Corporate
• Provide analysis during quarter close & budget/forecast cycles
• Owner of the LRP Film library forecasting model, providing analysis on YoY trends
• Leverage film financial database system to build robust analytical tools to support FP&A pacing process
• Ownership of FP&A's financial calendar, coordinating, and managing timelines to meet deadlines
• Support Film CFO and VP FP&A in preparing monthly/quarterly business update presentations to Film & NBCU Senior Management Teams
• Direct consultation, collaboration, and communication with finance teams across the 11 Film business units to ensure coordinated processes and timely FP&A reporting
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2+ years of finance experience
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency with SAP (preferred but not required)

• Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, advanced spreadsheets; experience with VBA, macros, data visualization preferred (not required)
