Job Description
Responsibilities
A Revenue Specialist with the Business Services - PLUS team will be responsible for the tactical execution of GolfNow PLUS services and offerings, and will work closely with their partners, team, Senior and Lead Specialists, and Manager.

This position will be staffed by experts on the golf economy, which includes detailed knowledge of golf course operations, golf course technology products/solutions, market leaders, decision makers, macroeconomic issues and key competitors. Additionally, a Revenue Specialist will become an expert on all facets of GolfNow Plus, golf course revenue and inventory management best practices, account relationship management, and client retention through a consultative approach.

Job Duties
• Expert on golf economy, detailed knowledge of golf course operations, golf course technology products/solutions, market leaders, decision makers, macroeconomic issues and key competitors.
• Manage GolfNow PLUS partners' tee time inventory mix, pricing, and revenue strategies. Will consult on and influence adoption of industry best practices, supplemental products, and services for a book of business of up to 50 golf course partner accounts.
• Expert utilization of GolfNow Central inventory marketing management software
• Ensure tee time inventory is posting, neatly and cleanly presenting tee time availability to the golfing public.
• Maintain a high retention rate of clients by building relationships via consistent, regular, and timely communication, execution of deliverables, and continually delivering on our value propositions
• Upsell some products and services
• Monitor, analyze, and report on course partner and business revenue performance
• Track activity and keep information up to date on accounts via Salesforce
• Special Projects TBD will be assigned as needed. Will need to be capable of meeting deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Golf specific and/or hospitality revenue management expertise required
• 3+ years of relevant work experience with dynamic products, preferably in the e-commerce space
• Reliable with the ability to work in a professional office setting, remotely and independently without direct supervision in a demanding, fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Online distribution experience is a plus
• Self-starter and extremely detailed oriented
• Strong team player

Additional Job Requirements
• Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
