Summary:
The Project Manager for the Brand Development Operations group will manage the deliverables for the creative team, including style guides, packaging guides, retail guides and character art. The Project Manager is the lead communicator across the business, with key partners in product development across the global business.

Responsibilities include:
• Develop and enforce production timelines & schedules.
• Maintain accurate project list/job status sheet for all creative projects with proactive management.
• Partner with Creative leads to ensure seamless management of projects and requests.
• Liaison for legal and trademark approvals.
• Facilitate creative reviews and work across other lines of business, including Marketing and Promotions, Games and Publishing.
• Budget management and invoice processing.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5+ years related experience, strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strategic, critical thinker and creative problem solver
• Experience in licensing or marketing preferred; understanding of product development cycles desired.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint &/or Keynote
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at one time
• Must be a self-motivated & enjoy working in a constantly changing environment
