Job Description
Responsibilities
Project Coordinator for the Project Management team within the NBC Entertainment Creative Marketing department is responsible for requesting, coordinating, and tracking the production and distribution of video, digital, design, and radio/audio materials. In addition, he/she/they assist the production and operations department with a multitude of tasks including finance management/vendor maintenance, project management database maintenance, music reporting and other misc. responsibilities as they arise.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with members of the Project Management team, video department, paid media, media agencies, social teams, and other internal and external partners to understand video, digital and radio/audio asset needs and deadlines.
• Liaison, when appropriate, with the Multiplatform Planning and Post Departments.
• Digital Trafficking as needed for assign shows.
• Interact Daily with Project Managers and Associate Project Managers to help manage workflow and execution of projects.
• Submit tickets to produce assets.
• Track progress, monitor due dates, and facilitate feedback as materials are produced, then coordinate delivery to internal and external teams.
• Track and validate video and music expiration dates.
• Support the team with all other marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate pacing and accrual, including but not limited to: Process and coding of invoices, tracking project costs and aggregate accruals at the end of each month/quarter for all projects falling under the NBC vertical.
• Work with Project Managers, Associate Project Managers, Post and Shoot Departments for best workflow to ingest, color correct, distribute, archive raw and color corrected shoot footage.
• Track / Request inbound shoot footage verifying distribution and ingest procedures are followed correctly, coordinating with the Project and Associate Project Managers, and communicating out required information to all concerned parties.
• Manage and keep current different documents/databases for NBC Creative Marketing Department
• Assisting in Footage/Still searches, licensing if required, tracking usages/flight date, getting correct specs, distribution of said assets.
• Managing Sunset Dates for all Commercial Tracks and communication out information to all concerned parties in coordination with the Project and Associate Project Managers.

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1+ year experience showing excellent application skills; Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• 1+ year experience in a role exhibiting excellent written and oral communications, effective interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with digital and video landscape.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills to successfully meet tight deadlines.

• Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA
• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
