LXTV is the National Emmy® award winning lifestyle production company of the NBC Owned Television Stations group, a part of the NBCUniversal Local division. Job Description

The coordinator role is a dynamic, communicative, and highly organized individual. A successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our cross-functional project managers, vendors, and the greater Peacock MarTech Team (Marketing Technology). This candidate should have excellent time management skills, organizational skills, be able to manage documents, lead trainings and create solutions to help streamline workflows and prioritize request. They should be able to work individually while also working well within a team.

This position requires the ability to understand technical attributes across deliverables, as well as exceptional communication and prioritization skills are required. This role will report to the Sr Manager, and will be a stakeholder to drive results within the greater MarTech and Operations team by supporting multiple systems including, but not limited to Airtable, Tableau, and Frame.io.

Responsibilities
• Manage all L1 tickets to help support our internal systems and workflows. Ensure SLAs stay under an hour and clients are happy with end result.
• Help to train and disperse information to teams showing how to use systems and ensure smooth workflows.
• Act as liaison to multiple departments and cross-functional partners across Peacock to help the Sr Manager drive key KPIs and deliver results.
• Manage project planning, actions, and timelines, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Help schedule meetings, disseminate information, take notes as needed, and other ad hoc requests to support the team.
• In addition to the Always-On responsibilities, this position will support the LXTV production operations team. Responsibilities can include; equipment management and maintenance, assisting with production shoot logistics as needed, providing tech support to LXTV production staff.

Qualifications
• 2+ years' experience working on production centric projects
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization
• Strong problem-solving skills in order to build solutions and drive results
• Airtable knowledge is recommended not required
• Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
