Job Description
Responsibilities
• Manage the production process from concept through completion for linear LFE coverage
• Investigate, troubleshoot, problem solve, and communicate workflow, scheduling, and budgetary concerns
• Assist internal teams regarding needs, costs, timelines, and other production-management items related to LFE coverage; communicate 3rd party prodco as necessary production management elements of the linear show and communication with 3rd party prodco
• Assist with Livestream/Digital and Marketing Dept production management elements as necessary / as they relate to integration with the linear LFE.
• Negotiate and maintain budgets, timelines, and workflow related to applicable assignments
• Assist with obtaining and ensuring legal approval and documents in tandem with production management and 3rd party prodco, including dissemination of information on restrictions to all affected parties.
• Execute and follow company guidelines regarding required paperwork, including, but not limited to: NDA's, SOW, PSA, etc.
• Manage needs relating to vendor and finance requirements (insurance, 590, W-9s, etc)
• Advise and assist with the use and maintenance of technology applications needed to support production workflows.
• Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external staff and vendors
• Hire applicable staff and/or crew, secure applicable deal memos and handle on-boarding of all direct hires.
• Collect, track, and file detailed and accurate deliverables, and assist internal and 3rd party prodco with reconcile and deliverables
• Work with Talent Dept to track host talent paperwork (contracts, T&E payments, AFTRA report, etc)
• Liaise with major vendors and locations as necessary on behalf of the production, in tandem with 3rd party prodco.
• Consult with internal client service departments such as Legal, Safety, Insurance, Facilities, and O&TS as necessary and applicable to job function

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years production experience, with 2+ years as Production Manager
• Mac and PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong writing and spreadsheet skills a plus
• Able to work weekends and overtime
• Strong management and budgeting skills

• Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at the commencement of employment or adhere to enhanced protocols if Company determines your job position requires accessing an NBCUniversal worksite
