We are seeking a talented Product Manager to be part of our Product Analytics team responsible for defining product KPIs, validating analytics events/metadata, and recommending solutions through data insights and exploration. This role will be responsible for engaging with multiple business stakeholders and providing them with actionable insights and analyses. This role will support NBCUniversal brands such as NBC, Bravo, Oxygen, SYFY, USA, E! and Telemundo

Responsibilities
• Conduct analysis on product and user data to help with personalization, clustering, and targeting efforts to create the best product experience for customers
• Define metadata requirements from source to output to enable cross-system reporting
• Work with the product managers and engineers to ensure accuracy with analytics implementation through quality assurance (QA)
• Monitor Product KPIs and Quality of Service metrics to identify data and tagging issues
• Create visualizations, dashboards, and presentations that will evangelize our experimentation efforts, becoming a key voice in the discussion to enable better product features
• Assist in the execution of A/B and multivariate tests with the product team to test in-market optimization strategies that can lead to growth, engagement, and retention loss
• Identify synergies/efficiencies across the Measurement and Analytics enterprise product teams and leverage a shared approach when applicable and reduce redundancy and duplication of functionality
• Partner with strategic organizations such as our streaming services or central data hubs to align on data initiatives and strategic data use cases
• Support enterprise wide Identity solution to understand user behavior across the entire product portfolio

Qualifications/Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics or research role, with a proficiency in exploratory data analysis and visualization
• A Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Customer-centric approach; Demonstrable experience in delivering value to end users
• Experience with at least one Digital Analytics platform (Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with a data visualization tool (Domo, Tableau, Looker)
• Understanding of product tagging and data governance

Desired Characteristics
• Experience working with Digital Products highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to convey complex data results in a simple and concise way
• Team oriented and collaborative approach with a demonstrated aptitude and willingness to learn new methods and tools
• SDLC experience and agile scrum methodology
• Experience with analytics debugger tools such as Charles Proxy preferred
• A passion for TV and movies and defining the future of entertainment
